What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Adelaide reviewers describe a snapped spring repaired within an hour once a technician arrived fully prepared with the right parts, after the original supplying company showed little interest in helping.
Reception staff member Helen is credited with talking one caller through a check that resolved the fault without a technician needing to attend at all. Dan is named for fitting sectional panel doors confidently and without complication, and a separate reviewer had frayed side cables replaced and the door's spring tension relaxed for smoother running.

Our roller door stopped working while we were on holidays (our house sitter let us know). When I rang The Roller Door Doctor to arrange repairs, Helen from their reception asked some relevant questions, told me what to check on and said that if that didn't fix the problem that I could call back and arrange an appointment. With the advice she gave me, I was able to rectify the problem myself. Helen saved us some time and money and I have added The Roller Door Doctor to my contacts as a trusted provider.
Was having issues with the roller door being stubborn to open. Paul arrived on time and soon had the door working. As the doors were 20 years old and were loud when opening, he took the time to grease the shafts, sprayed the mechanism and they have never sounded better.
The Roller door doctor were very professional with my roller door replacement. From communication updates to installation was a positive experience. Recommend. Cheers Andy
My 3 years old garage door motor is not working, I contacted still lines. They said 5 years warranty will not cover as I did not service the motor every year. How ridiculous is that, how cheap are their products and services
Awesome work, thank you so much! Our side cables had snapped, and the door was partly open. They replaced the cables and relaxed the spring across the top, and now it all runs so smoothly. 💗 Excellent value and such a relief.
Our garage doors have squeaked for 37 years and other companies have not been able to fix the problem. Paul came out last week and our garage doors work perfectly and silently, without a squeak to be heard and the price was very reasonable. We highly recommend this company.
Had the technician come out today to fix our door. Super impressed with the service. On time, efficiently fixed the issue and reasonable price. Highly recommend
