Helpful, hands-on/ visual assistance with cavity frame details and explanation of various accessories; a short online video would eliminate the need to visit. I was also after frame construction detail eg post (32 mm), stop, (8 mm) door inset when fully closed (20mm), architrave and thicknesses and any packing allowances (20 mm), due to having to fit into a critically sized space. Applies to Phoenix cavity frame. They can also customise cavity frame size to suit your job, for extra price. Wouldn’t sell directly, butt via retailer.

Fantastic product, good price, outstanding customer service and quick manufacturing/shipping. Put them through their paces asking them to make a mini sliding door that we could make into an internal window, then also lost a part on our site which they were able to replace quickly.

What not using oak now ??? Renovating my house had a delivery,slider among that looks like bamboo does not match the rest,striving for quality finishes in my house,water front this isn't good enough shop around people

On their door frames they use staples that I can't get out and sticky labels that won't come off. Pre-painting prep is frustrating enough guys!!
