Came to pick up some roller door parts. When I couldn’t pay cash, I was told it wasn’t worth a bank transfer as it would need to be invoiced (tax evasion). At no point was cash mentioned on the phone. It’s not a default option in 2026.
Giving two stars for timeliness, as once i called he was here within an hour. Called this morning to see if it would be possible to get my roller door assessed as it had started jarring and not going up/ down properly. An older man arrived, without saying hello or introducing who he was, just said 'which roller door' and began walking away. He agreed to service the roller door and lubricate the chain but requested my daughter get our ladder for him to use (he didn't want to take his off of his vehicle?), in which he worked for approximately 10 mins and left lubricant on my pavers! I was told payment had to be in cash $180 for the service (Adjust & Lubricate) and $50 for a new remote and cradle. I chose this company as they are local, but given the lack of customer service i will not be going through them again. Overall, not a pleasant experience at all.

I can't thank this guy enough(sorry forgot his name) I was stuck, as I couldn't open my panel door, the wire had snapped. He made time for me, and the job was not easy, as no maintenance for some years. It was a heleva mess but he fixed it. Thank you, Thank you.
Was here in a couple of hours on a Sunday, quoted the work and fixed the issue quickly. Also, the only 24 hour roller door repairer that answered the phone - not even a call back from others.
Rang this morning at 10:30 and he was here with in half an hour extremely prompt service. Our door looked like it had been kicked in or someone fell on to it so one side had come out the track. He promptly fixed it. The price he charged to fix was reasonable considering it was a Saturday. But I don't mind paying due to the fact I am not trained or experienced to fix it. Thankyou so much for your prompt and courteous service I will certainly be recommending you to anyone who needs any help.
Glen was easy to deal with, friendly, helpful and prompt. I would recommend him for any Roller Door work, and will definitely keep him as a preferred solution provider!
