I have used your services previously, but this recent experience has been extremely disappointing. The original timeframe for completion was approximately three weeks; however, the installation was delayed to eight weeks due to issues with your manufacturer’s machinery. While I understand that delays can occur, the situation following installation has been unacceptable. At the time of installation in late April, I was informed that the remote controls would be retained until final payment was made. This payment was completed promptly on 23 April. Since then, I have sent one email and made three phone calls, all of which have gone unanswered, and I am still without my remote controls. As of today, 5 May, this matter remains unresolved. I am no longer interested in further promises—only in receiving the remotes that I have already paid for. Please arrange for delivery of the remote controls today.
