I had a great experience with this company. Alex attended initially to see what the problem was. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. Brian attended 2 days later to install a new B and D motor. The service I received from Brian was exceptional and I would give 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend Brian and this company.

Thanks Brian, Incredible service & skill. Fixed what I thought was going to be a major work. Brian thought it through before starting & replaced the Gliderol control box & also got the bottom of the door back into its track. Problem fixed, no need to get into the motors etc. He is incredibly personable & works totally & passionately for you. He also showed how to do regular maintenance to maintain the door. Brian is a true professional. I would highly recommend him and his team for any garage related problems. I am very impressed with the knowledge of his experienced team member Matt who fixed my garage door nicely and efficiently. My garage door fell down due to the wire snap and job looked very massive. I was given a quote which included the replacement of many parts. However, when the work was done none of the part was replaced. There was some communication gap and i believe I was overcharged. Brian being a true professional rectified the issue and refunded the charges. This shows how much he values the customers and his business. Your professionalism has made me your customer for life.
