What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Roller doors and automatic garage door openers feature prominently in feedback for this Mackay door supplier and garage builder. New roller door installations, replacement of automatic openers and repairs to existing doors are the jobs customers describe, and several reviewers note an extensive understanding of roller door systems. Punctuality and courtesy recur: staff are described as genuine, prompt and friendly, and one account values that a worker rang ahead and arrived exactly when promised.

Named team members including Chris, Matt, Matthew, Mark and Cameron are thanked across multiple accounts, and the journey from the first call through to handover is called an enjoyable experience. Reviewers also mention fair pricing, repairs completed smoothly and without hassle, and the addition of myQ app hardware as a worthwhile extra. Tidiness and clear communication before and after the job appear throughout, while the advice offered on manual and automatic door solutions is a point that comes up often. The calibre of the finished result, particularly for new roller doors and automatic installations, is a recurring theme across the feedback.

The guys who attended were friendly and professional, though the price was quite high. The door still didn’t glide smoothly once job was completed

I would like to thank Cameron and his team at Best Doors Mackay . My elderly Mum had an issue with her roller door. Cameron came to assess the problem and said that he would be there or one of his team at 8.00 am Monday morning to repair. His worker rang before arriving right on time and door was repaired with a minimum of fuss. Thanks so much for doing such a great job for my Mum. Rgds Anette Worthington.

From the first phone call to the handover of my 2 new doors was a enjoyable experience. Matthew and his son did a fantastic job. Getting the myQ app and hardware was the greatest idea, totally recommend in paying the extra. I have no hesitate in recommending Best Doors for when you need new doors or even a door service.
