After 3 years we have had problem after problem with our sectional panel door 1 - motor track separated from wall mount 2 - hinge failure, causing panel to crack. 3 - panels rubbing together leaving black staining. 4 - tension spring snapped. 5 - Additional horizontal brace / strut installed to stop panels sagging when door is in the open position. 6 - Remote only works when you are close to the door, not a good range. I would not recommend Centurion Garage doors . If you are building a new home ask your builder not to supply a Centurion garage door. This must be there only means of business.

The remote to the garrage door only works if you hold it 2cm from the door. The door is also so slow going up and down, I timed it one day and it took 45 seconds to go up and back down. I gave it 2 stars as cosmetically it looks amazing, but functionality is terrible using it daily

Centurion doesn't even deserve one star. I spent $57,000 for a 20m x 12m shed kit with 3 roller doors at 4.2m high. Firstly the shed manufacturer said they could only supply 2 doors as one was damaged. After a few months the 3rd roller door was delivered. All 3 doors were craned from the truck onto pallets. When the shed was built and the doors fitted they would not go all the way down. Also, the bottom of one door had been cut too short and the stop brackets totally missed the upper brackets. Centurion sent out longer brackets to "fix" their mistake. The guides and brackets on one side of the middle door had been fitted to the wrong panel, and they had refitted them and just put pop rivets in the extra holes. After lots of phone calls to Centurion ( and trying everything they suggested ) the doors still do not operate correctly. We have called other roller door installers / repairers, but as soon as they hear the doors are from Centurion they refuse to look at them. Centurion claim the doors have been dropped but I had six people on site to lift them up directly from the pallet and they are prepared to sign Stat Dec's that they have not been dropped. Centurion has wiped their hands of the problem and have not even offered to have one of their staff come out to see what can be done. I am now in the process of filing a case with VCAT. Beware of this company.....their products and service are absolutely shocking.

The left hand doesn’t speak to the right. Had issues for two months and have been told numerous times they are waiting for parts due to a known software update issue destroying wifi cards within units…. now only to be told minutes ago that I need to call to someone else (not centurion) and they won’t help me any further. Emails come from an unknown name, but then I also have communication coming in from ‘Hasene’ contradicting what the other emails are saying. Internal communications are a complete shambles. When I call the main support phone number, someone in Queensland answers and says she has no idea what’s going on and agrees with me the company is in complete disarray. Meanwhile, we are left with two broken garage door units , less than 8 months old… and no one to support us.

The issue was promptly escalated to a senior sales Manager, Mike, who demonstrated remarkable professionalism and commitment. He coordinated with the initial installer to ensure a thorough and efficient repair of the garage door. As a homeowner, the smooth operation of the garage door is not a mere convenience but a critical aspect of daily functionality, utilised multiple times a day. The swift and effective resolution of this issue by Centurion reinstated not only the functional integrity of the garage door but also my peace of mind. I extend my sincere thanks to the entire team, particularly Mike, for his dedication to customer satisfaction and for going above and beyond to restore the operation of my garage door. Your service is a testament to the high standards and customer-oriented approach of Centurion. Thank you once again.

go online to buy a remote for my garage on the 11th October took 6days for it to be posted and im still waiting to receive it.
