rip off artist that charges what they can, quoted 1400 for 1-2 hours of work i complained, management offered the job for $900, got it done elsewhere for a lot less. higher hourly rate then lawyers be careful
Technician came out for an inspection within 2 hours of initial request. The door was put back on track, broken hinges replaced, cables replaced, motor limits reset and door serviced within an hour. Very pleased with the overall outcome and would highly recommend.
GDR were very professional. Communicated well, went the extra mile to get my roller door up and running on the same day despite running into installation difficulties due to configuration of my garage. Highly recommend!
From the moment I called up great customer service! I had no idea about how to get a new key for my garage door and I wasn’t made to feel silly for asking questions or not knowing stuff haha. I called while I was at work but when I got home had a call from the tech asking for some photos of the unit so he could make sure he got me the right keys. I was called 40mins from arrival to let me know they are on the way and upon arrival was greeted by a friendly bloke who fixed my garage door keys in minutes. 10/10 recommend!
My garage door springs broke and GDR Services sent their technician Noah within just a few hours! He was polite and recommended only what he felt was unsafe. Felt zero pressure from him and he did and absolutely incredible work replacing the springs. Recommended! Awesome work.
Repairer arrived within 1 hour of calling and got to work. Damage to our door was rectified and our garage door works perfect now. Highly recommend.
Fantastic Same-Day Service! I called GDR Services Brisbane and was so impressed that they were able to come out on the same day. The technician was polite, efficient, and took the time to clearly explain what the issue was and what my options were for fixing it. The work was completed quickly, and so far, the door is working perfectly. Really happy with the service – thank you!
