Incredible service, I required an immediate service on an old door, rang Grove Roller Doors after searching fb suggestions and was so grateful for their immediate assistance 🙏

After reversing into my half open door - on a Saturday… 🤦‍♀️ Grove Roller Doors came to my rescue. Their technician was here in under an hour and did an amazing job. He repaired the damage and had it opening and closing again in no time. It will never be perfect again - but I am so happy with how good it looks considering the damage I did. Thanks guys!

Outstanding and professional service. Called in a panic to fix a garage door I could not close on a busy main road. Even though they were busy, Dave arrived later same day, super calm, garage was fixed within half an hour! Reasonably priced too. Highly recommend to anyone.

Earlier this week I arrived at my garage to find that I could not get the roller door to go up. While I was trying, the Grove Roller Doors van went past! I gave them a call and Jade answered. She was very pleasant and most helpful. Jade arranged for the two workers driving the van to call past my place after they finished the job the were heading to and they would be about an hour. Jade said these guys were actually roller door installers and not maintenance workers but they would still come by. An hour later Jess, one of the installers rang me and said they were a few minutes away. He arrived with his work mate. Jess had to jump the high fence to get in the other side of the garage which was open. He got the roller door up and played around with the remote a bit. The remote was worn out so Jess coded a new one for me and also coded the buttons on the old one so I had a spare. Jess and his work mate were so relaxed and efficient. I said that the roller door had been bouncing up sometimes when I put it down and I had come home a couple of times to find the door wide open. Jess said they had time to service the door as well so they did. I have just got a new 3 year old dog who is quite nervous around strangers. The roller door guys knew to keep their distance. By the end of the visit my dog was accepting pats from them!

Had a problem with my garage door last Friday afternoon power outage. Called B&D doors who installed it and they said they sent the job to Tee’s garage as an emergency. I left 3 voicemails and I still haven’t heard from them3 days later. Called Grove garages this morning and Andy came out this afternoon fixed door no fuss. Said he’d be there between 3-5pm and he turned up shortly after 3pm. Fantastic, highly recommend this company. Thanks Helen Johnston.
