Mark helped us out with quoting new springs for our garage door just prior to Xmas. Contacted us as soon as he was back from his break and organised bailey to replace the springs. Bailey was polite and helpful. Would recommend hallings to anyone.
We had a small problem with the moror on one of our garage doors. Mark arrived on time and went through the problem and possible reasons for it with me. After resetting and adjusting a few things it was once again operating normally. Mark explained why and what he was doing at all times. I was greatly surprised and pleased when he followed up with me via email a few weeks later to ensure the motor was ok and running well--it was! What great customer service! Mark serviced our garage door recently. He had expertly installed the Panelift garage door a couple of years back and it has served us well! It was due for a service and Mark attended to the service in an expert and professional manner. The concrete floor at the entrance to the garage had been modified and lowered slightly due to a recent renovation. Mark adjust the garage door to cater for the new variation in height. An excellent job! Very pleased. Mark is always friendly and he provides expert advice and guidance with respect to the care of the door. Hallings installed our garage door 25 years ago. Recently, they replaced broken springs and the motor. They made sure this was operating perfectly before they finished up. Ongoing customer support and advice has been second to none. When you buy from Hallings, you don't just get an installation or repair; you get a caring family business that looks after you.
