I had scheduled an appointment with McGovern Agency to inspect my gate today at 11 am, as the motor stopped functioning, Unfortunately, no one arrived, and I had not received a phone call as to why. So I called their office at 11:50 am, they apologized for the delay, which I understood. However, when I followed up at 2:30 pm, my call went unanswered. Despite attempting to contact them 10 more times up to 4:30pm, I received no response, and no one visited my property. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by McGovern Agency and would not recommend them for future work.
What a nice gentleman Paul he was able to come out at short notice to give me a quote on my security gate. What have been broken and putting a security camera up? The service was brilliant. I would recommend these guys any time.
These legends just installed a garage door for us, went above and beyond. Re-programed our old remotes and even touched up the paint around the front of our house while they had a roller out. They handle most trades and as new residents to Townsville they gave us a bunch of advice around security. Would highly recommend.
Absolutely exceptional company and bunch of people. Service was fantastic they went above and beyond. Pat and his team were prompt and all jobs completed quickly and professionally. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Thanks again team!!
