One of the most incompetent companies i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Poor communication Poor design Poor fitment Ordered some screen doors and took months and months to get installed and when they did come they weren't the right size and initially didnt have rails which we had communicated needed to be installed. Do not recommend at all.

Had a problem with my project windows sliding door. When trying to change the , the door fell apart. Got it back together again, good enough to close it. Called the manufacturer & spoke to Sales who said they would talk to maintenance & get back. One week later called again and spoke to Sales who said they would send an email to maintenance to get some action. (Is there really a maintenance)Called Again and spoke to Sales who after another response advised that they had a repairer last Friday who needed photos to see whether they could do the repair. Supplied photo’s and video over the weekend of the disengaged door. Wednesday now, no response. Are we shocked , NO. We found a repairer Monday, who arrived yesterday, quoted and fixed the problem and other issues in an hour.
