The company provides garage door openers, residential garage doors and garage door replacement services. It installs Steel-Line motors and garage doors with insulation and brush seals. It services and repairs garage doors, including replacing cables and installing new motors and rails. It also fabricates custom brackets to suit garage walls.

Reliability paired with clear, upfront communication is the thread running through feedback on this Newcastle garage door specialist. Eddie, also called Ed or Eddy, is named often for making the process easy and being transparent about how each stage would proceed, with pricing described as fair and reasonable. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is how promptly he responds, at times attending the same day a fault is reported, and arriving when scheduled. The jobs covered span snapped cables replaced, existing doors serviced, new motors and rails fitted, and complete replacement doors supplied and installed, including the garage panel.

A number of reviews mention the choice of styles and colours put forward when a door is swapped over, and one account notes advice about what an electrician needed to prepare beforehand. Cleanliness and follow-up also appear, with images and footage shared once work finished. Further praise goes to the expertise and efficiency applied to routine servicing, and to how swiftly replacement doors are ready within the stated timeframe. A friendly, hassle-free manner completes the picture, alongside workmanship described as excellent across repairs, servicing and full installations.
