I cannot really fault PTDoors - they were exactly as they come across on the phone - friendly and curtesy spoken - the gentleman attending the installation were on time and knew exactly what they were doing - they were quick - The MyQ installation was left to myself and advised to go on line- it felt not quite right - no advice or concern got paid and moved on - I can’t complain about what they installed- it just felt like customer service was a little too hard to do - many stories of them doing a great job - I felt I was processed
