What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Sydney reviewers describe quotes turned around quickly and installations completed within the promised hour, including a motor replaced onto a Merlin system that one reviewer said finally stopped their door's draughts and screeching. Technicians are described as explaining maintenance clearly after the work is done, and one long-running customer mentions returning to the company for a second motor job. The overall pattern across the sample is fast quoting followed by a tidy, same-day installation.

I contacted PT Garage doors (Menai) on Thursday 30 July. One of their team came to look at my garage that day, and I received their quote later the same day. The installation was completed efficiently and all staff I dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I will highly recommend PT Garage Doors to my family and friends.
I'm very happy with the service provided. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They explained everything clearly and gave me helpful advice on how to properly maintain the garage door to keep it in good working order. I really appreciate the excellent service and would happily recommend them to others.
Thank you so much Craig and the team at PT. We had been scammed and ripped off by another garage door repair business and am so thankful I then found PT Doors. They were honest, reliable and transparent. Fixed the mistakes of the previous attempted repair and left our door in amazing state. Can’t recommend them more.
I cannot really fault PTDoors - they were exactly as they come across on the phone - friendly and curtesy spoken - the gentleman attending the installation were on time and knew exactly what they were doing - they were quick - The MyQ installation was left to myself and advised to go on line- it felt not quite right - no advice or concern got paid and moved on - I can’t complain about what they installed- it just felt like customer service was a little too hard to do - many stories of them doing a great job - I felt I was processed
Easy Initial Inquiry thru to install.Cant ask for anything else really. Quality and workmanship as you'd expect. Great! No more winter draughts
Pt Garage Doors upgraded my garage to motor access and the entire process was seamless! From quote to booking to install. The Tech, Craig, showed up on time (maybe a few minutes early even) and was honest, polite and efficient. He left the site clean and explained clearly the system! Recommended PT to anyone after Garage services! Thanks again.
Our old automatic door opener died. PT doors installed a brand new unit at a reasonable price. The installer was very friendly and efficient. From the very start of the process it was obvious I was dealing with a professional company. Highly recommend!
