Laurie came within 30 minutes for a late night call out. Got the job done promptly and gave the roller door a nice touch up after. Pricing was reasonable and he did a fantastic job.
Great communication. The team of 2 arrived within hours, were diligent and efficient in fixing a mishap with our warehouse roller door. They were able to repair it back to operation rather than having to replace the whole thing. Completed it all before the rain rolled in! Would recommend their services.
Excellent, arrived quicker than expected (gave me a 2 hour window) and arrived after 1 hour for an emergency fix for our warehouse roller door. It was broken and looked very much unfixable which would have meant we could not secure our warehouse. The guys were fantastic and fixed the door securely and within a great time frame. If you have any issues with your doors, make sure you call Reliant Doors first.
Excellent service from Reliant Doors! Great price, quick response, and very professional. The technician even gave helpful advice over the phone to perform a preliminary check before coming out. His team arrived within an hour and replaced the faulty controller on our 6m roller door efficiently. Highly recommended!
The team was incredibly prompt, arriving within just a few hours of sending a few pictures over text. They got the job done efficiently and professionally, completing everything within the hour. No unnecessary charges, no hidden fees – just honest, straightforward service. Unlike others, they didn't overcharge for things like scissor lift rental. Exceptional service at a fair price. Highly recommend these guys for any roller door repairs!
Had major issues with my industrial roller door not closing or opening properly, super noisy and worried I was going to get to work and not be able to get my work trucks out. A friend recommended Reliant Doors so I booked them in to see if they could help. OMG these guys were absolutely amazing. On time ( actually a few minutes early), very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. My roller door was fixed in no time, it’s like a new door, it goes up and down so smoothly, so quietly. I am so happy with their services I’m getting them back to regularly service it so I don’t have to worry again. I would highly recommend Reliant Doors to anyone. 10/10 for service, reliability and price. Thank you Laurie.
