Our garage door torsion springs snapped after almost 13 years service recently. River City Doors were able to assess & replace the next business day. Their technician, Andrew, was professional, knowledgeable & friendly, & kept us informed of his arrival. Job well done & door is working as good as new.
Andrew did an outstanding job repairing our garage door. It’s an older door from the 1990s, and the repair wasn’t straightforward, but he handled it with real skill and care. He took the time to fix multiple underlying issues and has genuinely extended the life of the door for few more years. :-) It’s clear Andrew knows his craft, and his attention to detail really shows in the final result. I highly recommend Andrew and River City Doors to anyone needing reliable and professional garage door repairs.
River City Doors offers such great service. Their staff are friendly, prompt and reliable. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Fantastic service from start to finish! Andrew and Josh were expert technicians—friendly, efficient, and clearly knew their stuff. The job was done quickly and professionally. The lovely office staff, especially Court, made the whole process smooth and easy. Great communication and customer care. Highly recommend River City Doors to anyone needing quality work and excellent service!
Excellent friendly service! I called on a Monday afternoon and Andrew came and fixed & serviced our door the next day even with a cyclone on the way! This was our first time using River City Doors and they will be our go to for our door servcing from now on.
Kate took my call for help and prioritised it at a busy time of year and Zeke who attended and rectified our issue were both exceptional. Highly recommend this company for their service culture. Thanks Kate and Zeke - happily switching our business over to you!
The gentleman who fixed our garage door was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and very well mannered. What a valuable team member you have working for you. He is such a lovely young man! I am not normally one to give feedback but I feel he deserves a shout out.
