The slope was 33.3 cm across the laneway and the door manufacture and installation was not easy but R&J completed the works for a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this company.
I I had -5 star I would definitely do Extremely disappointed with customer service and information They only knowledge they have is to they best to remove their work from warranty My motor was installed over maximum capacity of the size of the door and door was damaged by installer who over trapped while delivering He spent 3 hours installing it and never paired 2 doors to same remote Got told to do it my self Then my door was rattling and created big drumming noise throughout all house After contacting Justin multiple time he never responded at all I decided to install light weight insulation to stop tin noise Then my screws started to pop from reo Then I’ve noticed half of reo was not screwed at all ill upload video you can clearly see it was no pre drilling for it I sent complaints then another installer removed my door from the warranty for aftermarket insulation that has nothing to do with missing screws My screws are still popping out every day Motor was installed out of level, I believe kid with mental issues would do better job then them
