Saddingtons Garage Doors

Was assured if I paid a deposit before a certain date doors would be installed before Xmas, then told otherwise. Trying to get someone on the phone to see installation date has been totally frustrating. When I did get someone on the phone she was dismissive and basically hung up in my ear. Poor customer service and unprofessional experience.

Had a garage door problem ,prompt service and communications, was the best. From the guy who serviced the garage door to the technicians who installed the new motor, couldnt have got better service. Great job

The team at Saddingtons were super helpful and professional from my first call looking for after-hours support to arriving on time for the repair work and doing it on time and budget.

I’m truly disappointed. I’ve been waiting for nearly two months for someone to check my garage door, which is not working and has caused major issues for us. I do not recommend this service at all.

Hi Teneeka, I was very happy with the service and the roller door. We were treated with respect, kept well informed and Troy did a great job on the day. He was quick and efficient, knew his stuff and answered all my questions with patience and respect. Our daughter, whose villa unit it is, says she feels like royalty now and the remote-controlled roller door makes life much easier for her support workers. So, many thanks for a job well done. Hi, rarely do I ever give feedback. In this case the team from Saddingtons looked after me from start to finnish. Our rather sad roller door was replaced, inc lifted to fit my new 4x4. The team had my quote within a few days giving me time for a few more, Some $500 cheaper than competitors for the same products led me to getting the door and motor. The staff had me in the loop with communication and the two boys who installed the door were on time, very polite and clean. Not only did they help me lift the door to fit the new car They had my door installed, run me through the controls and absolutely no mess. By the way the way it was 35 degree + day yet they got me sorted to secure my premises. I'm very happy with the service, from quote to install which includes the number of calls from admin staff. Totally recommend them Thks again Stu

While I had to wait a week after a break in to my garage the service offered by Saddingtons was excellent. Both the office lady and the man who came to fix and service my doors could not have been more helpful Thank you .
