We chose to proceed with this company because we were assured our gates would be completed sooner than with competing suppliers, despite their pricing being higher. Unfortunately, we were advised today over the phone that the original 8-week timeframe has now been extended to 12 weeks, as we have reportedly been pushed back in favour of “more valuable clients.” We found this extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Having already paid a 50% deposit, changing suppliers at this stage is not a practical option. As a building company ourselves, we decided to give this business an opportunity, however this experience has left us very dissatisfied and we would not choose to use their services again.

I had a large Garage door which became wedged in thr track. It was locked tight. I called Smart doors in the morning and they sent an experienced tech who sorted the problem and fixed it in 30 minutes. Very Polite and a true Professional. Highly recommend them and will get them to do all our Garage door services in future.

Respond quickly, their staff are friendly efficient and obliging and the cost is manageable. I have used this company now twice and was very satisfied with the service provided on both occasions. I am very happy to recommend this company.

These people are excellent. They have completed a major job to a very high standard, so I have asked them to come back to do additional work.
