Statewide Sales and Service - Garage Doors Mackay

Statewide Sales and Service is a locally owned business established in 2016. It specialises in the supply and installation of domestic and commercial doors and industrial roller shutters, along with repairs and maintenance. The company is the only Accredited B&D Dealer in the Mackay–Whitsundays region. Its service area includes Mackay, the Bowen Basin, and surrounding areas in North Queensland, including Airlie Beach, Rockhampton, Sarina, and Townsville.

Adam Doull is the Managing Director, and Amanda Doull handles HR. A free at-your-doorstep consult is offered via the B&D To You mobile showroom. B&D doors and automatic openers purchased together are backed by a 10-year total confidence warranty. Main services include garage doors, openers, window shutters, gate openers, automatic door openers and remotes, spare parts, and industrial sliding door components.

Property owners and businesses needing roller doors and garage door repairs in the Mackay region describe a service that turns up when promised and finishes without fuss. Several customers highlight the reliability of the team, noting that tradespeople arrived on the agreed day and completed the work quickly, leaving the site clean. Adam is named repeatedly for his workmanship, his clear explanation of options and the practical touch of carrying a sample roller door in his van so customers can see the product before committing, including lockable B&D doors with battery back-up suited to cyclone areas.

Ozzie and Graham also receive praise, the former for attending promptly to a failed roller door and the latter for servicing workshop and branch doors with a consistently positive manner. Reviewers repeatedly mention the ease of dealing with the company, from measuring and quoting through to ordering the correct spring or motor and fitting it. A rental property motor replacement at Moranbah was slotted into an existing trip the same week, and one customer noted that comprehensive advice was provided from consultation to installation. The recurring theme is expertise applied without drama, correct parts fitted first time and a team that communicates clearly.
