Steel-Line Garage Doors - Sydney

From the start we visited their center/showroom up to this morning when they installed our chosen garage door in our place, all the services are perfectly awesome. Staff in the showroom were so friendly and provided information that will help you decide what you want. The amount of the garage door was competetively okay. Special thanks to Alan, who deligently and professionally installed our garage door in less than 2 hours. Overall, my wife and I were so happy with our new garage door.

Bought a new house but the garage doors were bad. Rang steel-line and they did a great quote. They installed the two doors and they work great. We found a few issues with building once we pulled out door but they helped us fix it immediately.

Very unprofessional experience. I was initially told I was eligible for a discounted service after providing details about my property. But when I tried to book, I was told the discount only applies after 18 months from handover. Something that was never mentioned before. When I raised the issue, there was no clear resolution, just “we’ll speak with the staff.” This wasted both my time and my agent’s time, and it’s hard to trust a service when the information given isn’t consistent.

When we first had our Steel-Line doors installed, the experience was terrific and the doors are great. But truly great companies differentiate themselves when something goes wrong. Now, two years on, one of our doors automatic mechanism stopped working. It happens. One call and they were onto it. They arranged for it to be repaired when I was next available. Great technician. They then followed up with me to check everything was working. Shout out to Brook whose customer service is amazing.
