What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Craig is named in nearly every review of this Brisbane business, credited with calming a customer down over the phone outside business hours by requesting photos and talking through the likely cause before attending in person.
Reviewers describe a twenty-year-old roller door serviced with adjustments made to every part of the mechanism, leaving it running better than the reviewer had ever seen it. Eddy and Eddie are named as Craig's assistant on separate jobs involving a broken garage door system replaced the same day it was reported.

Couldn't be happier with the service. My garage door had been badly bent and warped after a car hit it a couple of years ago, and I honestly thought it was beyond saving. The team arrived promptly, explained everything clearly, and had it repaired and operating perfectly in under an hour. The quality of the work was incredible, and you would never know there had been any damage. Professional, skilled, and great to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommend.
I found recommendations for Craig on our Tarragindi Facebook page. He had lots of impressive reviews and we have been just as impressed. We messaged Craig late Monday evening and had a response first thing Tuesday morning. By Wednesday 10.30 Eddy was here to fix our broken garage door and do a general service. He was swift and efficient and we are very happy that Craig’s team were able to sort this out so simply for us. Many thanks!
Highly Recommended, The best service my garage door has ever had in 20 years. My garage door started to jam when coming down last week. I rang and had a response straight away. The came out and had a look as they were in the area. They completed a service and made a lot of minor adjustments to every part of my roller door system (it's 20 years old and it's had a lot of use). After they had finished the door runs the best I have ever seen.
Craig was very responsive and was able to organise replacing a broken garage door system within the same day. His assistant Eddie was very friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond.
Craig is lovely and very friendly! Had to replace the springs & his price was very affordable & alot cheaper than other quotes i received! His team that came out were nice, very efficient explained what had been done. I have used then twice and definitely will recommend to others!
Craig and Farzan did a great job of fixing my garage door. They came out and fixed it quickly so I could lock up everything securely after I couldn't close it properly. Great service from initial phone call to completing the job. I would recommend Streamline Garage Doors to anyone.
Great service received from Streamline Garage Doors. Really prompt service at a great price. I will be using every year for the service of my garage doors. The 5 stars is well deserved, many thanks.
