Rob's service to us was exceptional on every level: replied promptly to phone call & text + turned up on time + explained to us what had happened with our garage door & why it was not opening + after rectifying the problem, Rob gave the door a thorough service + his conduct was professional throughout. We will be booking Rob in 18 mths time, for its next service. Your 5 star rating is well deserved. Many thanks for your exceptional service.
What an awesome service Rob was great to deal with. A no BS guy, got our garage door running smooth again. I would highly recommend him
Great business to deal with. Rob turned up on time, fixed our door issues and gave us some good advice as well. Friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this business.
Brilliant service, came out same day and had our garage door up and running with a temporary repair, so we could at least get our car out while new springs could be ordered in. Within a couple of days Robin was back and had our garage door fully repaired with new springs. His knowledge and attention to detail were exceptional, I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a repair or service to give Suncoast a call. Thanks for the great work. 😁
Rob from Suncoast Garage Door Repairs delivered a fantastic experience. He was reliable, had a friendly disposition, and provided great workmanship. From start to finish, Rob was professional, efficient, and clearly committed to quality. The pricing was fair and transparent, offering excellent value for money. I would recommend Rob to all family and friends without hesitation for any garage door needs.
I can’t recommend Rob highly enough! After calling two other garage door companies on the Sunshine Coast and being quoted over $800 to replace my entire system, I was lucky enough to speak with Rob. Instead of trying to upsell me, he was honest and straightforward, saying I only needed one part replaced – not a whole new system. He came out quickly, did the job efficiently, and saved me around $500! If you’re looking for someone reliable, genuine, and reasonably priced, Rob is the one to call.
I contacted Rob he was a local and based on the posted reviews and I wasn't disappointed. He provided advice by phone to try and solve my problem which unfortunately didn't work. He then promptly attended and replaced the garage opener in under one hour. Problem solved. I would recommend Rob to anyone having issues with the garage door.
