I can't comment on their technician service because I did not choose to go with them. I wanted to share the bad customer service I experienced over the phone when I called to enquire. First said "we don't do glass doors, bye-bye" when I clearly said "garage door". Then they said technician is out, don't know when they will be back, can't help me, didn't even offer a call back when the technician is back. Also mentioned a call out fee of $45 when other places I call don't do call out fees.
