My 3 years old garage door motor is not working, I contacted still lines. They said 5 years warranty will not cover as I did not service the motor every year. How ridiculous is that, how cheap are their products that did not even last 3 years.....

Her customer service was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. She made the whole process easy and stress free. A special shoutout to Grant, the installer, who was absolutely amazing. He installed our new motor, and when it wasn’t working as expected, he came back the following week and replaced it without any hesitation. No complaints, no fuss, just got the job done properly. That kind of attitude is rare. We had a bit of miscommunication early on, but it was handled quickly and professionally. Grant was fantastic throughout, really easy to deal with, and we even had a great chat while he was here. Just a genuinely good guy who takes pride in his work. Great company, great people, and excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

It has taken over a month for a fairly straight forward and simple single garage roller door to be fully functional. The installer was great but did not know how to program the keypad to operate from the outside. So it was left for us to continue to chase up someone to 'work it out'. We were eventually given the instructions and double sided tape to stick to our rendered wall...hence it fell straight off..then another week for someone to come back and fix it to the wall and still wait for the remotes and wall buttons to all work. The amount of times someone came without a ladder so couldn't so the job and we were promised a Bunnings voucher to apologise for the huge delay (still yet to receive that!) Is RIDICULOUS. We have our own business and this customer service is most definitely not good enough.

My roller door was previous serviced but needed further adjustment a few months later. Phone call was answered on the first attempt (yes I'm looking at you Gliderol Adelaide) and a booking was made for early the following week. Issue resolved promptly. Couldn't be happier with their service.
