What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
G T Roller Doors, a garage door repairer in Bendigo, drew contrasting accounts in its reviews. One account describes a garage door fault fixed quickly and dependably, with the attending tradesperson described as friendly and even offering a tip about a nearby cafe. The other describes a hard company to reach, with calls and emails going unanswered for weeks and no updates or confirmation provided, and a roller door repair that ran for months without warning of the likely wait.
The work described covers a garage door repair and a roller door repair, with the premises at California Gully. Communication is the dividing line: one account defined by speed and approachable manner, the other by the time taken both to make contact and to see the repair finished.

Very hard company to communicate with. Received no updates or confirmation and had to wait weeks for people to return calls and emails. Waited months for my roller door to be repaired, with no warning that it could take this long. Overall, very disappointing.
Thank you guys so much. Incredible service, quick and reliable. We had an issue with our garage door, fixed in no time at all and with brilliant service too. Shout out to my new Irish mate and thanks for the tip on the cafe too 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
