We have used Dandenong Garage Doors to replace the motor of my Bifold garage door. I had them Initially install a new garage door in 2001, with the workmanship and both pre and post installation they was amazing. Never had any issues from the time installed till two months ago the motor seems to be giving way. I had no hesitation in contacting them again and. Y amazement the salesperson (Peter Maher) was still working. He came over in a few days (quoted very reasonable) and had no hesitation giving him the job. Samantha Gillett was very helpful through out the installation, very professional. Therefore I have no hesitation in recommending Dandenong Garage Doors to anyone who needs a new garage door opener repairs or anything to do with garage doors💪💪

The person who came to quote was friendly and helpful in choosing the type of door and matching the colour and type to those in the same block of units. The installation was done on time and made to my height and they gave me two remote controls, I could not have been happier

End to end process from sales quote, finalising build, booking in and the installation all went well. The only issue was the new garage door that came with the first install was incorrectly built (manufacturer's fault), but Dandenong Garage ensured a new correctly built door was made and a new installation time was booked in promptly.

I am extremely impressed by the service we received from these guys. We needed to automate the second single garage door but it had been unused for many years and the door itself didn't perform well at all. When getting a quote from another (big name) supplier and installer, they told us the door was roached and would need replacing, at a cost of roughly $1500, making this a $2500 exercise, all up. Well, Dandenong Garage Doors came out and said, nope, it's rough but we can service the door and put in a machine with metal teeth rather than plastic. The installer, Zach, has just been and he serviced the door and installed the motor. I simply cannot believe how good the outcome is. He spent an hour longer here than he thought he would need to, because he decided he needed to fix an internal spring, which meant unrolling the door completely and getting right in there, which made it a significantly more complex job. The door now moves up and down like a dream - way better than the other door which now feels (and sounds) clunky by comparison. And the best bit? He didn't charge us a cent extra than what was quoted. Zach, bloody nice one mate. Instead of paying $2500 we have paid just $950 and the job is perfect. Couldn't recommend this mob any higher.
