Both of ours and our neighbours’ duplex garage doors weren’t fitted with the ‘standard’ BOTTOM weather seals and we’ve experienced constant water pooling into the garages. In all our properties we’ve never NOT had bottom w/seals on the garage doors! Never thought to check the doors when doing our due diligence as we’ve never not had seals on our newly built properties before, so be sure you check them. Also check you get information brochure on the maintenance and warranty of the doors as we didn’t have anything in our folder which contained everything else installed in our property. It took us a few years to realise the problem after having some other garage door companies checking it out and to be told they’ve never seen a new build without bottom weather seals before! Thank you for your response from ‘the owner’ and yes it was rectified after us paying to have what should’ve been correctly fitted originally. The chap that came was very polite and did the job for us.
Great service, provided a very reasonable quote and then completed the job promptly with no issues. Would definitely recommend and use them again in the future
Team was great to deal with and customer service was excellent. Garage door had an installation problem, but team attended same day I called and fixed it immediately. Garage door looks great and haven’t had any further problems.
Recently dealt with Kylie, very professional, polite and easy to deal with, chased the builder for months to get the warranty info on this property we manage and got nothing from them, spoke with Kylie and she had my tenants warranty issue booked in and sorted in a flash! Highly recommend!! Thanks again Kylie!
Spoke with sales rep at showroom and answered our question on why we should do this and don't do that which made sense as didn't know otherwise. Arranged for quote rep turned up on time did their job and advised would be approx 5 to 6 weeks for install. Company rang up 2 weeks later to arrange installation date. Two panel lift doors installed and removed all rubbish.

I rang steeline on the 1st August,2024 regarding a repair to a roller door. I was informed that my repair was booked for 12th August, 2024. When no one turned up By 3pm I rang Steeline and was informed that they would check into the situation and get back to me. When no one rang back, I rang back on the following day 13/8/24 at approximately 10.50 am. I was told that I could rebook for the 20/8/24. I informed them that I wasnt prepared to wait nearly 3 weeks to have my roller door repaired. After all I had previously booked. Very poor communication.
