Very happy with the customer service provided by both the office and service technician. Office staff polite, scheduled the visit around my commitments & explained the fee structure clearly. Technician was thorough in locating the issue with the electric lift panel door and explained the issue clearly to me, all fixed.
Best thing we ever did - install remote app access to gate and garage door controllers. The flexibility that this gives us is quite liberating - give friends/relatives access while away; open / close gate for deliveries or trades - all while monitoring remotely. The Garage Doors Guys have always been professional, helpful and do a good job - not something that is a given.
Contacted these guys to fix a problematic garage door installed by a dodgy company called “all styles roller doors” located in Poiraka SA and after paying another dodgy company called, “the roller door doctor” $160 to simply come and spray silicon spray and nothing more!! Surprisingly the door was still faulty. Russel from the garage door guys came out to quote for a brand new installation as I was sick of the issues with this door from another company and instead of ripping me off selling me another door for the sake of a sale, he suggested getting their senior installer out to personally come try help me. Russel and Bevan are very experienced and very honest with old school work ethics and between them, finally fixed the issues with my roller door, when all styles garage doors wouldn’t even do the right thing under warranty as they are dodgy! I recommend the garage door guys without hesitation and good to see a company that still has integrity, work ethics and good customer service. My only regret is that I didn’t use them sooner and wasted a lot of money.

Honestly had a great experience with the Garage Door Guys. Greg came over on time and gave a very reasonable quote but also took me through the mechanics of the job, why I would or wouldn’t make certain adjustments and gave an excellent demonstration of how the new motor and belt drive would work. A lovely lady called to set up an install date and worked around Easter and my availability. Finally, the tech arrived exactly when planned and not only was very personal and efficient but also put up with my questions and my hanging around to watch the process (as I’m just a mechanically curious person). He left with a handshake and a job well done. We ended up getting both (we have a 2 car/ twin door garage) motors and belt drives replaced - mine broke after 20 years but we figured me wife’s was only a matter of time and we are super happy for doing it. We now have 2 quieter roller doors which included 4 total hand held controllers (we have a spare each and can use each controller for both doors) plus the replacement motors came with 2 wall mounted controllers so you can have one in the garage (you don’t need to go to your car) and one inside (so you can open the garage from inside the house if you need. Overall it was a faultless process, a great result for us, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
