What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Brisbane reviewers describe Merlin motors installed with roller doors that reviewers say run more quietly years later after further servicing, and Darren replacing a motor rather than the whole door once the actual fault was identified.
Reviewers repeatedly mention being offered a motor replacement instead of a costly new door when the existing door and mechanism were still sound. Shelley and Darren are credited together for reliable scheduling, including one job completed the same day it was called in after hours.

Great response and excellent service. Darren helped work through what we thought the issue was and was happy to obtain parts however we decided to replace the motor. New motor was installed same day, very professional job. Thanks Darren and Shirley.

Excellent service and great communication. Where other companies tried to sell me a new roller door, Brisbane Roller Doors said all I needed was a new motor. We had a new one installed the very next day.
