Capital Doorworks did an excellent job. We had a full replacement of a double garage door and motor. Very happy with the service, from measurement, to a super quick turnaround time for install date. Shout out to Pete and his offsider Tom who did the install. Very friendly and knowledgeable, not mention patient with the many questions I had. And also to Matt who ducked in to program the visor remote that was on backorder. The site was left clean and tidy upon completion. 100% would recommend. Price was very competitive to other quotes I had sourced.

Today Capital Doorworks replaced our old garage door motor which was defective. Previously the assessor who gave the quote gave an honest opinion that the garage door is in good condition and that only the motor has to be replaced. Today’s installation of the motor went very well and the installer gave clear details about the motor operation and made sure that the garage door operates smoothly. He also gave advice on the proper care of the garage door. I am very happy with the installation. Job well done!

We used them to upgrade our garage door a yr ago. Recently booked the garage door service in the arvo from them. It's particularly hard to manage things while I just had a new born with me. But David came in the morning instead and was angry that we didn't take his phone call earlier in the morning, given I explained to him that no one expects a call when the service is booked for the PM and it's extremely challenging to open the sound of the mob when your little one is sleeping. He still complained a few times that we didn't take the call. My god, at least show some customer service please, I would never come back to Capital Door works again. This is not a professional way of dealing with your customers.

After our garage door crapped itself late yesterday afternoon, I contacted Capital Doorworks for help. Pete arrived less than an hour later and fixed the issues with the door. I could not be happier with Pete's professionalism and attitude. Awesome service!
