Main services include spring replacement, motor replacement, off-track repairs, cable replacement, roller door repairs, sectional door repairs, remote replacement, smart garage control, emergency repairs, and garage door servicing. Same-day repairs are offered, along with emergency repairs. Smart garage control upgrades are available. A full warranty is provided on all work, and a 'no fix, no charge' policy applies.

Households in Newcastle needing garage door repairs have repeatedly described fast, same-day attendance and a repair completed on the first visit, with roller doors and standard garage doors brought back into working order. Kai is named in review after review, and the technician's manner is a point that comes up often: friendly, professional and willing to stay on the job until it is finished, in one case working into the evening.

Customers in several reviews describe him explaining the fault clearly before starting, so the cause was understood rather than simply fixed. Quick turnaround is a recurring theme, with doors repaired within a day or two of the first enquiry, and phone enquiries answered promptly. The standard of the finished result draws consistent praise, as does the price, which customers describe as reasonable for the work carried out.

Tidiness on completion and the absence of any need for a return visit are also noted. Repeat contact is common, with customers stating they would call the same technician again for future problems. The expertise and advice offered, particularly on the diagnosis of worn door mechanisms, is mentioned alongside the speed of the response, making the service notable for repairs carried out efficiently and left working properly.
