Levi came same day, was friendly and efficient. General annual service and look-over. Job done. Much appreciated

Got ripped garage door operating belt. Said they can replace right next day. But no stock and took a while. So had to fit whole new motor which was 3 times more expensive job than the first quote. It was understandable. However, the quality of work was really low end. See pics that motor is adrifting. Everytime under lifting motion, it's quite unstable. Also, remote had low battery but never turned up for replacing it, never answered. Only answered when i asked for further service which will cost a lot. Had to re-set up the rail position as the other picture. A lot better now but I had to do it by myself. And found they just screwed into timber and found damage that i can see only from celling - which is very not reliable job they've done. Never recommend. At this point, wondering whether they will keep their word that the motor got warranty as I touched. Which i had to. They are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Levi and crew came on a Sunday. No extra charge. Can recommend this company.

Cash is king. Two hundred dollars for service to garage door. Use card thirty dollars surcharge. Adjustment allows the rail to bump against motor. Not good. Contacted service person says if he adjusts again it will renew itself. Previous adjustment by another company no problems. Cannot recommend this company.
