Remote stopped working after a few months (still in warranty). Asked if they could swing by next time they are in town to swap it out. Wanted a $90 call out fee or me to take it out to the office. Feel like it you are going to sell a product you should back it.
Despite some delays which were beyond their control. we're really happy with the doors. Special mention to Paul who installed them. The epitome of great service and thorough attention.
