Precision Access - Garage Door Installation & Repair

Fantastic service provided. Called them at 08.00am regarding my broken garage door, technician arrived before lunchtime and had it fully repaired and functioning again same day, all at a very reasonable cost. Great communication and very professional, would highly recommend.

We called Precision access for a service of our garage door. Summary: Before the call-out we had a squeaking garage door and 4 functioning remote openers. After the call-out the squeaking was fixed and we had zero functioning remote openers. We then had to spend an additional $80 to have 2 functioning remotes. Detailed: Worker came out and was unfamiliar with our 20 year-old setup. He attended to the mechanical parts, but had to call his supervisor to finish the job. Supervisor came 3 hours later and finished the service. I do not recall if it was the initial worker or the supervisor who wiped all our remotes, but at this stage the door could only be opened manually. The supervisor then returned the next day with new remotes and programmed these. I would have expected that the new remotes would be provided free of charge, given Precision Access made them unusable. The supervisor mentioned we could get a special price if we decided to replace our chain drive with a belt drive motor, but that would only be available if we made that decision promptly. Given their performance, I have no confidence in their workmanship and will rather pay more for a motor replacement with a different company. I did not give 1 star as the communication and effort of both the worker and supervisor was good.

Very professional approach and delivered a great outcome at a very competitive price. I have no hesitation in recommending them you will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend the team at Precision Access Have used them a few times now, and the quick turnaround from order to installation was great.

Nathan and the team have been great to work with. We have had garage motors and gate receivers replaced and upgraded to get all of our access points on the one system. I'd highly recommend the company to anybody that asked. Everyone on the team have been very responsive and have communicated clearly around timeframes.

I recently had the two roller doors to my garage replaced with a single panel lift door. The service provided by Precision was amazing. The team were extremely professional and I was kept informed at all times as the job progressed. I would not hesitate in recommending Precision Access to family or friends.

Installation by Grant was quick, efficient and seamless. Very impressed with how quietly the opening and closing operation of the door is. The door colour matches perfectly with the colour of our house. Thank you Grant and Precision Access for building and installing the perfect garage door.
