Shaun replied promptly to my message and gave me a couple of price options for a replacement motor. Every aspect of my experience with Shaun was nothing short of excellent, the price, the communication, the prompt attendance and the completed work. It came with a service on the existing panels and springs, and has never operated as smooth and quietly as it does now. I found he is also very honest and above board to ensure the "in house warranty" is in place, and the card payment made it a very easy transaction. I cant recommend this business highly enough. Don't waste your time enquiring elsewhere.

It is with great pleasure I can rate Shaun 5/5 on his amazing service. My garage door opening noise increased over a period of a couple of months and I contacted Shaun for advice. He recommended a product I could purchase from Bunnings under $10 and gave me very clear instructions on how to use & what to do. I did exactly what he said and the door noise has decreased by 50% at least! Not only am I grateful to have the problem removed, my gratefulness is also in the fact that Shaun could have come out did it himself and charged me $$$, and I would never have known any different. I so appreciate his wisdom and kindness and highly recommend his services ☺️
Shaun came out to replace a garage door motor unit. His communication was great from the get go. Was upfront about costs and clearly explained the process to me and why my previous unit had failed (not one supplied by him). He arrived on time to fit the unit and even helped me get the warranty registered when I couldn’t figure it out. Would highly recommend Shaun if needing garage door motor install!
