Titanium Garage Doors

Titanium Garage Doors is a locally run business with over 6 years of experience in servicing garage doors. The founder is Jonathan, and the team is highly trained to fix and install garage doors efficiently. The company offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

It services the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast area. The company specialises in garage door repair, maintenance, and installation. It also offers garage door automation services. The company can customise and produce any custom door, including overhead, sliding or swing doors, based on customer requests.

Across the Gold Coast, Titanium Garage Doors draws consistent praise for the way its technicians handle both urgent breakdowns and planned replacements. Customers writing about their orders describe being rescued quickly when a door refused to open or a motor failed, with one noting a car was retrieved from a stuck garage and a temporary repair arranged before a replacement door was ordered.

A number of reviews mention punctuality and efficiency, with Shane named as arriving on time and calling ahead with a prognosis before starting, while Kfir is credited with replacing springs and steel cables on a large double door and servicing and testing the mechanism in a single visit. Jonathan and John also feature in accounts for motor installations and roller door repairs, and Boris is described returning to fit a roller after a customer misplaced it.

An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the patience shown when setting up and testing remotes. Communication before and during the work, courteous and respectful conduct, tidy completion, and pricing described as appropriate to the job all recur, along with clear paperwork supporting an insurance claim. Repeat business is mentioned, and old doors are reported given a new lease on life through replacement motors and full servicing.
