UpDown Garage Doors

UpDown Garage Doors has been installing B&D garage doors in Ballarat since 2009. The company has 15 years' experience installing garage doors around central Victoria and has completed over 10,000 installs. It has a team of B&D accredited installers and a small team of very experienced tradesmen. Jesse is the owner/operator of UpDown Garage Doors and has over 15 years of experience in the garage door industry.

He worked as the main installer for Mesh & Masonry for many years and worked directly for B&D for the last year. The company works with many of Ballarat's top builders and supplies over 30 of Ballarat's builders. Its service area is Ballarat and surrounding regions. The company recommends servicing garage doors every 12 months or 3000 cycles.

Prompt attention when a door fails is the theme running through feedback for this garage door business covering the Ballarat district. Customers describe calling with a broken door and having a technician on site the next morning, in one case inside an hour, with replacement springs measured, supplied and fitted during the same visit. Updates arrived at every stage, with one customer noting text messages that tracked the job from arrival time through to completion. Workmanship is described as proficient and tidy across roller door supply and installation, new motors, spring replacement and warranty repairs, including a door originally fitted by a different company.

Jesse and Doug are named for answering calls quickly and for being helpful throughout, while a construction company remarks that its roller doors are managed without fuss. Pricing draws comment as fair, with no pressure applied, and follow-up after installation attracts praise. Those detailing a full replacement point to care taken from quote to handover, knowing what happened at each stage, and a tip about a surge protector offered during one visit is still remembered by that customer.
