Poor communication, waste my time with late rescheduling after waiting home all day, and very disappointing warranty support. I tried resolving concerns directly and professionally but was met with a very rigid response and my follow-up email was ignored. Would not use again.
Highly recommend. John and Bronte were friendly, efficient and explained the process well.
Fantastic Garage Doors have lived up to their name. The staff have kept me informed regarding the replacement of my Garage Door. Shaun is amazing, he completed the installation within 4 hours all on his own. He was most accommodating and cleaned up through the entire process. On completion he went through the entire operation of the new door, an extremely profressional installation. I have no hesitation in recommending Fantastic Garage Doors. Robert also amazing through the entire process.
Great service by Chris removing our double garage and single doors so our garage ceiling could be replaced. Also Matty and Jordan went above and beyond replacing the doors to the point the single door works better than before. Matty used a spirit level on the side guide channels to ensure optimum performance of the double garage door. All fellas were on time, polite and did an excellent job. 5 years ago the double roller door motor was replaced by Fantastic Garage Doors and it’s still working fine. We highly recommend considering Fantastic Garage Doors.

Fantastic Garage Doors replaced the control panel on my garage door. Although the door is again now working well they failed to secure the panel to the wall and it was left partially hanging off the wall and very loose. Despite two phone calls and promise to get back to me the company refuses to call me back. I suggest check the work carefully before they leave.
