Best Doors Cairns

I made a complaint that Gliderd around and eventually onto the roller door manufacturer of my installed doors 3 yr ago regarding being no service providers wanting to attend to assess my industrial doors. I have been told it’s fidgety work on the 2 x 24V DC motors particularly fault finding and replacement. Internally fit motors. The manufacturer said to keep trying this business as the main… 1. First phone call unanswered, I left a message describing the type of motors in doors and tall doors need scissor lift. 2. Further phone calls made no reply. 3. Went into store, told we will be in touch really busy. 4. Months later made phone calls no answer. 5. Visit to store to make booking for in new year. Told not taking bookings. Worker was injured. 6. New year now in May, walk into store. Was told they knew I’d made a complaint. Told me will never fix my door - mate. One of their workers witnessed our conversation and could see I was cool as can be. She opened the door and told me to leave. I haven’t even been able to ever get through on phone let alone talk about the doors. I was told in store they do fix my model of opener but not for me. Mmmm don’t think so. Ended up testing and pulling motor apart myself as got parts from another state. A broken motor but salvaged parts to make one good one. Luckily it was the accessible 24V DC motor on top. Phew! I have no idea what their work quality is like as didn’t get past a booking.

Poor service .. poor communication, don't use this company..

From start to finish, dealing with this business has been a nightmare. Poor service, poor workmanship, poor communication. Worst experience I have ever had with a business.

Katrina and the team at Best Doors Cairns couldn’t have been more helpful. We had major issues with a third Party and Katrina came to our rescue. Would highly recommend them to everyone and anyone I speak to in the future.

Very poor communication and very poor customer service.we ended up getting another company to come and change the motor within one year of their installation.

Very very disappointed with the attitude of the Cairns Branch manager following failure of our door due to faulty workmanship.
