What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Rodney is named in every review of this Newcastle business, credited with replacing worn runners to avoid a costly full system replacement that another supplier had recommended, and with fixing a door that had fallen off its rails and bent for less than the customer's insurance excess.
Reviewers describe him as a great communicator who confirms pricing and appointment times before turning up exactly when arranged. Decades of hands-on repair experience are mentioned as part of what reviewers say makes the fixes reliable.

Rodney was pleasant, professional, and was a great communicator, keeping me informed every step of the way. He did a fantastic job bringing our garage doors up to scratch. Excellent workmanship and customer service.
Rodney from Moss Garage door repairs did a fantastic job for us replacing runners and avoiding costly replacement of the whole garage door system that had been recommended by another supplier. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone considering their options! Prompt response to comms and very professional company. Thank you!
If I could give Rodney 6 stars I would. Excellent tradesman, lovely bloke to deal with, and on top of that very reasonable prices. We thought we would have to install a new door after ours fell off the rails and bent/broke several elements. Rodney had it all fixed better than it ever was for less than our insurance excess. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Rodney did a fantastic job, turned up on time and conducted business in a professional manner. Pricing was fair, communication was excellent, and transparent. Why can't all trades be this easy to deal with. Highly recommended.
Rodney was a saviour, rescuing my garage door which could neither open or close due to snapped cable. He attended promptly on a Saturday morning and did a wonderful job. Highly recommended.
Rodney provided excellent customer service. Great communication and efficient with the work completed. Highly recommended.
I was referred to Moss Garage Door Repairs by word of mouth and Rodney was very professional and easy to deal with - great communication in scheduling the repair and providing pricing and turned up exact to the arranged time. With decades repairing garage doors, he completed the repairs with ease and provided some useful tips as well. Highly recommend.
